We conduct workshops both on-site and also remotely. One meeting usually lasts about 2h. During the workshop we do various improvisation exercises, through which we identify participants' habits related to cooperation, communication and acting in different conditions.
Afterwards, we discuss what we have experienced and draw conclusions for the future - translating them into business practice.

During MBA/DBA classes at Collegium Humanum, we become accustomed to uncertainty and discover our own habits and patterns of action in unplanned situations. Through the tools of applied improvisation, we develop our emotional intelligence and flexibility to act in the VUCA world.
"Applied improvisation classes correspond perfectly with the challenges of the current times. We can't prepare a plan for all the changes and events that await us, but we can prepare ourselves to respond and improvise fluently. The class strengthened my alertness to active and deep listening. It is also extremely important to be open to abstract ideas and mistakes, which we were given the opportunity to practice during the class."
Classes in presentation techniques for PJATK students are aimed at developing competence in public speaking. We focus on eliminating stress and fear of speaking to people, at the same time working on self-confidence and tools to make our presentation more relevant to the audience.
"The classes were very enjoyable, through fun and seemingly insignificant tasks one could disenchant the nightmare of presenting in front of an audience for most of us."
A series of 8th classes focused on comprehensive development of soft skills useful in job interviews. We developed self-confidence, communication skills, stress management, enthusiasm, cooperation and reactions to unplanned questions. The course was held in English in Wroclaw and Warsaw.
"I think that the impro classes are very useful to improve self confidence and communication skills. They are also very important to improve the problem solving capacity and teamwork. It was the best part of my postgraduate course with Master Europei."
Such classes should be held at every university both at the undergraduate and graduate level. Not only do they help you develop when it comes to speaking, but they also increase your confidence and willingness to cooperate which is very important these days. Especially with the industry my major belongs to. This was a class that I would love to repeat again.
