case study

workshops for MBAs/DBAs

During MBA/DBA classes at Collegium Humanum, we become accustomed to uncertainty and discover our own habits and patterns of action in unplanned situations. Through the tools of applied improvisation, we develop our emotional intelligence and flexibility to act in the VUCA world.

Adam Kampa, CEO, New Jaworzno TAURON Group

"Applied improvisation classes correspond perfectly with the challenges of the current times. We can't prepare a plan for all the changes and events that await us, but we can prepare ourselves to respond and improvise fluently. The class strengthened my alertness to active and deep listening. It is also extremely important to be open to abstract ideas and mistakes, which we were given the opportunity to practice during the class."

natural public speaking

Classes in presentation techniques for PJATK students are aimed at developing competence in public speaking. We focus on eliminating stress and fear of speaking to people, at the same time working on self-confidence and tools to make our presentation more relevant to the audience.

Olga, student of New Media Art

"The classes were very enjoyable, through fun and seemingly insignificant tasks one could disenchant the nightmare of presenting in front of an audience for most of us."

soft skills development

A series of 8th classes focused on comprehensive development of soft skills useful in job interviews. We developed self-confidence, communication skills, stress management, enthusiasm, cooperation and reactions to unplanned questions. The course was held in English in Wroclaw and Warsaw.

Cristiano Sgobba, Master Europei Alumni

"I think that the impro classes are very useful to improve self confidence and communication skills. They are also very important to improve the problem solving capacity and teamwork. It was the best part of my postgraduate course with Master Europei."

Feedback from our workshop participants:

Such classes should be held at every university both at the undergraduate and graduate level. Not only do they help you develop when it comes to speaking, but they also increase your confidence and willingness to cooperate which is very important these days. Especially with the industry my major belongs to. This was a class that I would love to repeat again.

Eliza Kołeczek, SNM, MGR, PJATK

It was wonderful living this experience! It's unusual but it's really interesting to discover how these classes can be useful for the future. I learned I like making mistakes because I'm human, I discovered that perfection doesn't exist and now I feel more confident about myself. I'll recommend it to everyone.

Elisa, Master Europei Alumni, Master Europei

The workshop I had the pleasure of attending is a good, valuable tool and very useful in my work. They allowed openness and freedom among unfamiliar people and increased my appreciation of the importance and possibilities of using improvisation in life and work.

Elżbieta Gnyp, a lecturer at PJATK in Warsaw.

Exercises that were fun had reference to reality, to work, to relationships with people. Practical approach is a great advantage of these workshops. Super were the "psychological talks" between exercises. You leave the workshops with 500% energy, completely change the approach to communication, teamwork. Such classes should be mandatory for everyone!!! I enjoyed every exercise.

Paul, Participant in impro workshop at UOUW, UOUW

The IMPRO class was a great experience. I had participated in a similar workshop in the "pre-Covid" past and was curious about how a remote workshop could be organized and conducted. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness and quality of the workshop. Bart was able to engage a group of people who did not know each other before to work together. Within 2 hours we became a team, effectively solving the tasks set by the presenter. And on top of that in a very creative way. Improvisation in the service of efficiency and teamwork? Why not? I'm a yes!

Grzegorz Cysewski, lecturer at PJATK

Stress-free, professional and as good a value as possible - really worth it :)

Maciek Chodziutko, Student of Postgraduate Studies at Bialystok University of Technology
