Together with Concordia Design, we prepared a full-day event for the client consisting of a webinar on improvisation, an integration workshop and a dedicated impro performance, in which we used materials and elements from the company's life. The event aimed to integrate over 100 employees from different departments in an engaging and unconventional way.
I'MPRO IMPRO is entertainment with a portion of a solid handful of information. In the case of our event, a brilliantly illustrated corporate reality, in which impro is certainly a significant part. Brilliantly prepared event, I can only guess that preceded by a solid interview, so a big plus for professionalism. You can safely recommend, because it's worth it!
Prior to the event, we collected all sorts of materials on organizational culture, anecdotes, memes and sayings that are alive in the organization. It was from these that we used during the performance, which used audience interaction. It was one of the elements of the regular Allegro Tech Meeting event and focused on integrating and sharing knowledge among the company's employees.

A dedicated webinar for a group of dozens of participants in Google's Digital Leadership Academy program combined two objectives. First, it provided knowledge about using soft skills and emotional intelligence in a manager's work in a light-hearted format. In addition, it showed the value of developing the ability to be flexible and act without a pattern. The presentation included a lot of interaction with participants and 3 jokes (including only one funny one).

Integration workshops for more than 100 people from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary were one of the elements of the all-day event focused around the theme of improvisation in business. During the activities we carried out engaging team games, through which we developed cooperation, teamwork and communication.

We led the launch of the Talents Up talent program for Peako Bank for 150 people in an online format. The 4-hour event featured lectures, film screenings and meetings, which we announced by combining substance with humor.

The topic of the lecture hit the spot, because we live in constant change, which often requires us to improvise. Great form of serving this topic - dynamic, light and at the same time inspiring. Very well prepared material, dosed in a clear and understandable way. Many thanks to Bart!
The event was executed with ingenuity and creativity, dedicated entirely to the company. Despite the fact that the entire meeting was held in online form, the form and content were so attractively presented that you had the impression of direct contact with the presenters. I recommend.
The "Now We Have to Improvise" event was amazing! I had the pleasure of being part of the idea of combining our Deloitte event with a new way of thinking/acting. I knew Bart before as a UX Specialist, and now he opened my eyes to improvisation itself and its role in business. I highly recommend trying improvisation and encouraging others ;)
