We conduct workshops both on-site and also remotely. One meeting usually lasts about 2h. During the workshop we do various improvisation exercises, through which we identify participants' habits related to cooperation, communication and acting in different conditions.
Afterwards, we discuss what we have experienced and draw conclusions for the future - translating them into business practice.

Inherent in design is uncertainty and change, rapidly changing market conditions, customer expectations and trends require new competencies. Thinking about the role of a designer in new, uncertain times, I was looking for methods to enable "flexible communication" depending on the situation, and tools to support teams in creating new products and services in an ever-changing environment.

I am very happy that I took part in the impro workshop. Thanks to them I became even more open to being attentive and giving space to my colleagues. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer I had the opportunity to experiment - improvise, so I could break the established patterns in my work :) The atmosphere of the workshop is great, the meeting gives a big energy kick, and 2 hours pass like 30 minutes.
Amazing experience, thanks to which I improved idea generation techniques and improved communication in the team :) Highly recommended!
Lots of laughter, fun, and tearing down familiar and replicated patterns of how to act and react in everyday situations. These activities help deepen relationships, air your head and open your eyes to the unknown.
It was a great and opening experience for me, especially since I'm an introvert and things like improvisation don't come easily or naturally to me. The activity of my brain after the workshop was amazing - because I not only heard about new things, but actually experienced them. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed the applied improvisation workshops with Bart. I recommend them to everyone who wants to learn more about their own habits and patterns that shape their cooperation with others. You can observe a lot, and you can also cry from laughter. A strongly educational situation, and yet how enjoyable!
