Workshop for sales teams and customer service departments. During the classes, we will work on active listening skills to understand the client's perspective and a range of communication skills: flexibility, adequacy and creativity. Thanks to these classes, you can effectively develop your freedom and willingness to depart from the usual sales patterns.

The training uses simple improv games based on spontaneity and simple scenes, aimed at increasing the awareness of salespeople. Practical sales skills training conducted in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We won't give you a pen to sell to us.
