improvisation for managers

We work in a chaotic, multipolar world. It is characterized by a high degree of complexity and volatility, which can compound the frequent feelings of uncertainty. How to operate effectively in such an environment? The solution is not to try to control this "chaos," but to develop fluid ways of interacting with it - the ability to improvise effectively.

This interactive course consists of two parts:

a) theoretical - during which we talk about the essence of soft skills development in a managerial position, look at industry reports and trends, and learn about applied improvisation as a tool for their development.

(b) practical - during which participants have the opportunity to experience improvisation exercises through which they can identify their habits of thinking and acting when faced with uncertainty, develop their emotional intelligence and strengthen their ability to act effectively without a pattern in surprising situations.

Thanks to this design, we are able to deepen the lessons we take away from improv exercises and translate them both into business practice and into the role a leader plays in the changing world of VUCA.

Because impro combines practical development of key soft skills with an interactive, relaxed classroom format.

Customer Testimonials:

  • "Applied improvisation classes correspond perfectly with the challenges of the current times. We can't prepare a plan for all the changes and events that await us, but we can prepare ourselves to respond and improvise fluently. The class strengthened my alertness to active and deep listening. It is also extremely important to be open to abstract ideas and mistakes, which we were able to practice during the class." Adam KampaPresident of the Management BoardNowe Jaworzno TAURON Group, TAURON Group
  • "I had the pleasure of participating in an online impro workshop. The professionalism and strong commitment of the presenter was shared by all participants in the class. A great advantage of the classes was that all the conclusions of the exercises Bart translated into business practice. I recommend cooperation with I'MPRO IMPRO" Michał Próchnicki, Head of Paid Social, e-obowie.pl SA
    .
  • "Applied improvisation should be a basic and mandatory crossover for future, as well as current, leaders. It teaches many of the values necessary to work in a team, but above all it focuses on the aspects most desired by 21st century managers, i.e. honesty, openness to innovation, stimulating creativity in the team, understanding the meaning and being fully agile, developing emotional intelligence." Liwia Michalczewska, GCC QualOPS QA, Wipro Ltd.
