Cyclical improvisation classes
Cyclical improvisation classes
Cyclical improvisation classes
is a workshop method that develops emotional intelligence and soft skills such as cooperation, innovation and effective communication. It is derived from stage theatrical improvisation, where actors and improvisers face constant unknowns and change - just as teams, employees and managers do today.
Classes in applied improvisation can be found in the programs of such prestigious universities as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford and the University of California (UCLA). Improvisation is also taught to future leaders in MBA programs, as well as employees of the most recognizable companies, e.g. Google, Microsoft and Pixar. Why? Because impro combines practical development of key soft skills (brilliance, attentiveness, self-confidence, etc.) with an interactive, relaxed classroom format.
For anyone who wants to develop their soft skills, emotional intelligence and learn to operate more effectively in a changing/uncertain environment - while having fun.
Just want to get involved. The workshops are attended by people of different ages and with different work experiences - which further enriches the content of the classes.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
The course takes the form of an interactive online workshop.
This means that instead of sitting and taking notes, there will be games, fun and movement in front of screens! Through these exercises we will draw conclusions about our habits of action and emotions. We will grow, but most of all we will have fun.
